What is Online Therapy?
Online counselling is an increasingly popular option for individuals and couples seeking support and where lifestyle or circumstances make it difficult to attend the more traditional face-to-face sessions. Often referred to as “e-therapy”, online counselling is now considered part of the overall spectrum of ways to access support - although it does not suit everyone.
Advantages of Online Therapy…
However, online counselling is not suited to everyone and there are limitations. For example, for those who are visually impaired, suffering an enduring mental illness, or are feeling suicidal.

I am fully trained in the provision of Online Therapeutic Supervision and my supervisory framework is rooted in the relationship between supervisor and supervisee.
For structure and process, I am influenced by the Inskipp & Proctor and Shohet & Hawkins models of supervision which attend to the Normative (ethical, legal and 'norms'), Formative (educational and experiential) and Restorative (supportive and reflective) aspects of our counselling profession. I supervise both F2F and online client work.
